Products we promote are Certified Organic, heavy metal tested and made of natural ingredients. However, we do advise that you consult with your health practitioner regarding your own specific condition before taking any product.

Products are designated Practitioner-Only and are governed by the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990.To purchase Practitioner-Only products you must have a recognised practitioner qualification or be a current member of a recognised Australian association. For any urgent shipment through Express Post, please select a method of payment as Direct Deposit. It will allow us to receive order without charging you. Our customer service team will communicate exact Express Post charges separately.

In the U.S., for a product to be “certified” organic means a third-party agency must inspect and verify that the company is upholding the standards set by the USDA. The USDA website explains that organic certification means “the food or other agricultural product has been produced through approved methods that integrate cultural, biological, and mechanical practices that foster cycling of resources, promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity. Synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, irradiation, and genetic engineering may not be used.”

Yes, Banyan Products are tested for every batch of herbs for arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury using independent U.S. laboratories. All of our products, when taken according to the suggested use on the bottle, are within the safety guidelines stipulated by the American National Standards Institute/National Sanitation Foundation International Dietary Supplement Standard 173 (ANSI 173).

We do our very best to ensure the products listed on our website are in stock so we can ship them to you straight away. Unfortunately, as our products are organic, produced by artisan producers and in small batches this isn’t always the case.
