Express Deliveries

Our current courier serivces delivery to Metro is as good as Express Service. However, we welcome any request to dispatch order urgently through Express Post. In such situation shipping charges are higher than regular post. Please contact us before placing an order. Our customer service team will calculate Express Post charges and provide you final quote for payment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on calculated weight and destination postcode from Melbourne. Our website calculates shipping cost will be displayed before confirming your order. if you believe any charges are not correctly calculated, please contact us immediately.

Processing Time

We attempt to ship within 24- 48 hours of an order received with payment confirmation. In the event of out of stock items, delivery may be delayed until re-stocked which may result in  a delay of up to and not limited to 14 days.

Deliveries will occur during business hours Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
