Formulated by Ayurvedic physician Vasant Lad, BAM&S, MASc, Ashwagandha Oil+ combines ashwagandha with other grounding herbs to create a deeply replenishing adaptogenic herbal oil. Relaxing to both body and mind, this calming blend helps to restore natural energy and promote rejuvenation.

8 oz herbal oils are packaged in glass. All other sizes come in recyclable BPA-free plastic.

How to Use:

  1. Warm oil if desired to support nourishment and absorption.
  2. Massage into your whole body with firm, gentle pressure.
  3. Work your way from your hands and feet toward your heart.
  4. Use long strokes on the limbs and circular strokes on the joints.
  5. Let absorb for 10–20 minutes, then shower to rinse. Careful not to slip!

Can be diluted with a carrier oil if desired.

If preferred, you may practice self-massage after you shower, but be mindful as oil residue can stain clothing and sheets.

Our bottles have extra room to accommodate our pumps for a spill-free experience.

For external use only. Warning: All oils make surfaces slippery and can be combustible. Use caution when drying or storing linens exposed to oils as they are potentially combustible when exposed to heat.       What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?

      Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

      How do I know that my order is confirmed?

      A confirmation email is sent upon successful completion of order. This email confirms order details such as product details, total invoice value and delivery address.
