Jasmine helps to calm the senses and also works as an aphrodisiac; antispasmodic,;cicatrizant; decreases menopause symptoms; antiseptic; antidepressant; sedative and galactagogues.

    
Orange

Orange brings 'lightness' to body, and may aid in reducing anxiety, anger and depression while also offering mild aphrodisiac benefits. 

Usage: 

• Dilute upto 10 drops of essential oil with 30 ml of carrier oil for body massage, or applying to the temples and other sensitive points on the body. 
• Add to bath water to invoke the properties of calmness and clarity.
• Diffuse 3-4 drops in a diffuser for a beautiful aroma throughout the day.
